This 18th century former lead miner's cottage is situated just off the Main Street in Grassington, which is the largest of the villages in Wharfedale, in the Heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Our self catering holiday cottage has been sympathetically restored and features original beams and stonework but has all the modern facilities expected of the 21st century. This compact but very comfortable holiday cottage sleeps up to four people.
What's included in your stay?
The price of the hire of your holiday cottage is all inclusive. There are no hidden extras. Included are hot water, central heating and electricity, all bed linen (duvets, pillows, sheets, pillowcases, blankets) towels, kitchen linen (tea towels, towels, oven gloves).
A welcome tray with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits is provided on arrival.

Our aim is provide you with quality accommodate so you can enjoy your stay. Furnished and decorated to a high standard we have achieved four star rating with Visit Britain/Quality in Tourism ever since we first started letting our cottage in 2001.

- Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, shaving point, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries

- Fully fitted oak kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge.
- Outside in utility room washing machine/tumble dryer
- Gas fired central heating throughout with individual room thermostats.
- Parking for one car
- Comprehensive local information with maps and suggested walking routes and local attractions
- Storage facilities for bicycles
- Not suitable for small children due to pond immediately outside front door
- Sorry but no pets allowed
